In addition to our direct lending programs, we partner with numerous large lenders and private investors to address a wide range of borrower needs and challenges.

We are also a key player in loan securitization, particularly within the Non-QM market. We have the capability to purchase individual loans or entire loan portfolios from lenders across the country.
